I'm Kellie Krull, a Georgia native from Marietta and a licensed REALTOR® focused on East Cobb and Cherokee County — including right here around Towne Lake. Before real estate, I spent years in interior design, corporate marketing, and events, which is probably why I care as much about how a neighborhood actually lives as I do about what homes are selling for.

I'm also a military spouse, so I understand what it's like to land somewhere new and want to actually understand a place — not just get sold on it.

I built Towne Lake Living because I kept fielding the same questions from neighbors: what's that house down the street worth, is anyone selling right now, what's actually happening to values around here. This site is my way of keeping everyone in the loop automatically — once you're signed up, the updates just arrive in your inbox.
